Inbox and admin agents, client intake and recurring reports for firms that sell their time.
Get your billable hours back from email and admin
When your time is the product, admin is expensive
Accountants, consultants, insurance agencies, architects and other firms all run on the same thing: expert hours. Yet a large share of those hours goes to sorting email, chasing documents, re-keying client details and building the same report every week. That’s time you can’t bill and can’t get back.
What we build for professional firms
01
AI inbox agent
Reads, sorts and prioritizes every email, drafts routine replies for one-click approval, logs action items and follows up on leads who haven’t answered.
02
Client intake
Inquiries are screened, scored and routed, and new-client details flow into your systems without re-typing.
03
Document collection
Automatic reminders until clients send what you need.
04
Recurring reports
Weekly and monthly reports built from your data automatically, ready for review.
05
Team knowledge assistant
Answers your team’s “how do we do this?” questions from your own procedures and past work.
06
Company-wide AI rollout
Getting more from the AI already inside Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with training your team will use.
Things we’ve built
01
Inbox agent
A business owner was spending 2–3 hours a day on email. We built an AI agent that categorizes and prioritizes every message, drafts common replies for one-click approval, logs action items and triggers follow-ups. It later took on scheduling and a daily briefing. Email time dropped to 20–30 minutes a day.
02
Company-wide rollout
For a company already paying for Microsoft 365, we rolled out Microsoft Copilot to every team member, then Claude for research and complex drafting. Training ran in groups of five or fewer, and a permissions and data review came before each department went live.
Confidentiality first
We check permissions before any rollout so AI tools only show people information they could already see, and client data stays in tools your firm controls. A person reviews anything that goes to a client until the system has earned trust.
FAQ
We already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Do we need new tools?
Often not. Both include AI features many firms aren’t using yet, and that’s usually where we start.
Will the inbox agent send emails on its own?
Only if you want it to. Most clients start with drafts they approve with one click.
How do you handle confidential client information?
We review where data lives and who can see it before anything is connected, and keep client data in tools your firm controls.
How many hours a week does your team lose to email and admin?
Request an AI Opportunity Audit and we’ll show you the two or three automations that would give the most time back.
